Edinburgh Festival Review: One Man Shoe

Silent comedy perhaps isn’t the first thing I would think of to entertain children. I would worry they might be bored or distracted. But having heard the level of laughter emerging from the children at Jango Starr’s ‘One Man Shoe’ – I stand entirely corrected.

If you follow me on Instagram at all, you’ll know that we recently embarked on an epic road trip South. Usually, we’d just fly down to Gatwick but for some reason we thought it would be fun to drive.

Activities: 360 Allstars at Edinburgh festival

We’ve had a busy festival season in Edinburgh, and I’ve seen some brilliant shows with the younger two children. However, I always like to try and see at least one thing thing aimed at an older audience for my eleven year-old, Ben. After reading the description of 360 Allstars, I was confident that it would fit the bill:

‘A phenomenal physical performance exploring all forms of rotation, 360 Allstars connects the street with the elite to deliver a radical urban circus.’
