What is Brick Fest Live?
Brick Fest Live is coming from the US to the Royal Highland Centre in Edinburgh for a huge hands-on LEGO event. It’s billed to be a sprawling exhibition where LEGO fans can see incredible life-sized models, enjoy interactive building areas, and dive into piles of bricks to create their own masterpieces. Whether you’re a seasoned builder or just starting out, Brick Fest Live offers an unparalleled opportunity to celebrate your passion for LEGO.
When and Where?
Mark your calendars! Brick Fest Live will be coming to Edinburgh from 4-6 May 2024. We’ve been gifted two tickets for the opening day but we’re not under an obligation to share this post but want to in case you can kids who would enjoy it too!
Parking will be available at the North Car Park of the Royal Highland Centre and an attendant will be on hand to take the £10 charge. But I would also point out that there’s a number of bus routes that drop close to the Centre including the Airlink 100, Skylink 200 & 300, plus services 20 & 63. Also, the Ingliston Park & Ride Tram stop is about a 10-15 minute walk away. Remember that Edinburgh residents who are under 25 can get a travel pass to use the buses and trams for free.
The doors open at 9am for VIP and Flex ticket holders and General Admission starts at 10am. You can’t get tickets on the door but online sales will remain open until tickets are sold out. Children Under 4 are free but still need a ticket that’s booked alongside a VIP, Flex, or General Admission. If you’ve got a Flex or VIP ticket you can come and go throughout the day, whereas General Admission have an arrival slot – although you can then stay as long as you want! Although a typical visit is 1.5-2 hours.
