We’re so excited to see the Edinburgh Foodies Festival is back for another year. Returning to Inverleith Park from 3-5 August with a launch of a brand new Musicians Against Homelness music stage and extended opening times – it’s set to be better than ever.
MasterChef Winner 2018, Kenny Tutt will be cooking live in The Chefs Theatre with some show-stopping summer recipes and you can expect to see some exceptionally talented Edinburgh chefs appearing along side him.
So if you’re up for a celebration of food with live music from headliner Toploader to The Oasis Experience or even, The Hoosiers then ‘head here to enter this fabulous Foodies Festival competition!’ All tickets are raising money for UK-wide homelessness charity Crisis, with all funds being donated to help homeless people in Scotland.
Alan McGee, Patron of Musicians Against Homelessness, said: “Foodies Festival is the UK’s largest food and drink festival and with such fantastic summer events it seemed a natural link to partner with a festival that reaches the hearts of so many local communities. In turn, we’re confident that they can help us raise awareness and funds for our homelessness charity Crisis by bringing popular headliner bands to their stages alongside some of the country’s best unsigned musical talent.”
If you’ve got childcare sorted and can really let your hair down, The Drinks Theatre will welcome expert mixologists and sommeliers to the stage, with Wine Tastings and Champagne Tastings from Diana Thompson, as well as speciality Craft Beer Tastings. But things are equally family-friendly with a Kids Zone and Kids Cookery Theatre – pre-loaded super soakers and giant games!
Remember, you can purchase tickets with 30% off with code FOODIES30 at checkout over at FoodiesFestival.com
P.S. The competition closes on Wednesday 1 August 2018!
