Hands up if you’ve got an Instagram addition! Whilst it’s algorithm is frustrating (4 day old posts anyone?!) I can’t help but be a little in love with Insta. At the end of the day, I don’t always want to read a lot and love to just browse through pretty images and just reading smaller snippets of people’s lives.

Whilst this usually leads to a lot of interiors envy (I have A LOT of love for Lucina Mitra) I do think it’s brill for style inspiration too. I’ve found I don’t really gravitate to accounts that post nothing but outfits, but rather like those who show their lives too. I want clothes that will work for my lifestyle so the means finding accounts with a healthy amount of realism too.

To that end, I thought I’d share a few of my favourites today and unsurprisingly you’ll see a fair few Edinburgh based Mamas too:

Nina Aikas

Nina is a Finnish Lifestyle Blogger who lives here in Edinburgh. She’s obviously gorgeous which I maintain really helps with looking stylish, but I love how she always looks great but comfortable at the same time. She recently shared this great article over on her blog with her ‘Tired Mum Outfit‘ that I thought really hit so many buttons for me.

Rosy Penguin

Obviously, as a clothing boutique Rosy Penguin does feature a lot of clothes but I love their Insta because a) Judith shows other aspects of her life and b) I can see how she wears single items in different outfits. I’m a total convert to shopping there and wear everything I’ve bought from there on repeat. It’s basically the basis of my capsule wardrobe this season!

Scandi Mummy

Obviously I’m as obsessed with the Scandi lifestyle as the rest of the world and Nadia’s style basically justifies that obsession. She blogs about her life with her gorgeous boy Caspian and totally manages to pull off effortless beauty.

Hunters and Heels

37.5K people obviously agree with me that Lauren’s account is inspirational! But as lovely as her whole lifestyle seems, I  really appreciate that she wears a lot of Joules (a clothing label in my price range) and has started vlogging. Her career has been sent working for Bobbi Brown and I’ve found her make up tutorials to be super helpful!

Bon Tot

Whilst this Stockbridge boutique really has kids as a focus, they’ve had a few fab events focusing on clothing for Mamas too – and throw the best keg parties. I love Kristina’s style and have been coveting this jumpsuit for a while!

Do you have an Instagram favourites? I’d love to find a few more accounts to stalk *ahem* follow!
